The development and the rapid growth of the Computer Information Technology (CIT) have changed and coloured the human ways of life everywhere. It will not be able to be stopped and will continue to influence humans in every aspects of life. We had shown our abilities in the past by changing the ground of economyfrom the agriculture sector to the industrial sector. Again, the change of economic fundamental is needed along with the globalisation today, from depending to the low cost labour to the knowledge workers based (K-Workers). It is hope that the future K-Workers produced in the era of information technology and globalisation will apply and use the moral values and ethics in decision making and actions. Today the ‘ information explosion’ has become a catalyst to create knowledge workers to be benefited in the industrial sectors in every fields and aspects of the higher skill technology.
