Rules and Regulations 

        Students are required to abide by the rules and regulation, which are in force in the institute. The Principal in all matters pertaining to students will be the final authority. His orders will be binding on all concerned. The Principal in case of unavoidable circumstances at a short notice may alter the timetable and academic programme of the institute.

        No students who are failing in one or more theory or practical courses of any year will be eligible to contest for any post on the student’s council, whenever permission is granted for these elections.
Refund of Security Deposit 
        Application for refund of security deposit along with clearance certificate should be made within one month from the date, a student discontinues his studies, and students filling to claim the refund within the prescribed time shall forfeit their claim.
Books and Instruments 
       Each student shall be required to purchase necessary books instruments etc, at his own expenses. The list of it can be obtained form the concerned subject teacher.
Uniform of Students 
       The student shall be required to wear protective clothing i.e. apron of gray color, when working in workshops and laboratories.
Final Authority for interpretation of rules
       The Principal shall be the final authority regarding interpretation of rules and regulations.

Discipline
       Students are required to observed discipline in the strictest sense of the word, both within and outside the institute. Any breach will render the students liable to expulsion. The Institute reserves the right to be the sole and final authority in all matters pertaining to disciplinary action/explosion, imposition, special fines, interpretation of rules and all such connected matters.
Attendance and Promotion Rules 

     Student who absent himself from the Institute or ten continuous day without any intimation will have his name stuck of from the institution.
      A student must have an average 80% of attendance separately in theory and practical course to become eligible to take the annual examination. Head of Institute ma however, condones shortage of attendance up to 10% on medical and other exceptional grounds.
      A student having less than 80% but not less than 60% average attendance may be allowed to appear in the Supplementary Examination provided he makes-up to the deficiency in attendance before the supplementary examination.
      A student having less than 60% percentage shall be deemed to have failed and may repeat the academic year.
      Attendance shall be counted from the day, the start of the academic/session is notified till the last working day of the session.
      If a student unable to appear in or to complete the examination on account of his serious illness or due to other untoward incident beyond his control, he may be given another opportunity of appearing in next supplementary examination by the concerned. Head of the Institute if the evidence satisfies him produced that concession applied for, is justified in accordance with the intention of the rules.
      The application of a student who could not appear in the final test on account of illness may be entertained only if it is submitted without delay and in no case later than 7-days from the date of student being incapacitated from taking or completion the examination along with necessary certificate form the medical officer of a Government Hospital or Dispensary.
      A student who passes any theory or practical course in more than one attempt or clear the courses of a semester in parts shall not be eligible for any academic prize of distinction.
      Granting the Permission to repeat the year shall be at the discretion of the head of the institute.
Leave Rules 

       Students acquiring leave will get it sanctioned by the concerned Head of Department before it is availed except in case of emergency such as sickness ets. In case of illness the Head of Institute may call for medical certificate form a registered medical practioner. Leave when granted, will in no case excuse the student form tests or completion of his home/class/lab/workshop assignments completion of attendance requirements of the Board.
Power of the Principal

     The Principal/Chairman Admission Committee retains absolute right to debar a student or/and detail him form appearing in any examination on disciplinary grounds.

      The decision of the Principal/Chairman Admission Committee regarding admission and allotment of Technology is final and cannot be challenged.
